Chronic Disease Management Australia 2009 is the 2nd annual conference and showcase where the global leaders in chronic disease management meet with Australasia’s health leaders to learn, network and form relationships. The inaugural Chronic Disease Management Australia conference took place on 1st – 3rd of April 2008, consisting of a two day plenary conference and two separately bookable masterclasses. With over 150 participants in total, the feedback from the conference delegates, speakers and sponsors was overwhelmingly positive.
