This hands- on course is designed for dentists and hygienists who treat and maintain patients with dental implants. The following aspects will be addressed:

• The biology of healthy periimplant tissues
• Aetiology, pathogenesis and diagnosis of periimplant diseases.
• Non- surgical, surgical and regenerative protocols for the treatment of periimplant diseases.
• Hands- on exercises will include instrumentation for non- surgical debridement, surgical access and regenerative techniques. As this course focuses on the team approach, dentists are encouraged to invite their hygienist to attend.
