Prime Practice one-day courses are of undoubted value, helping staff perform better in their individual job role. Our belief is that a more consolidated team approach to managing your practice will help you to reach your potential. We also run a 30 month Practice Management Programme which helps build your team and involves the following elements-

• Personal coaching: your dedicated coach provides you with direction, supports your team in implementing systems learnt at each workshop and motivates your practice towards a common goal.
• Workshops: our 10 workshop programme is strategically scheduled to provide the dentist and team with content relevant to your practice’s development at the right time. This allows time to implement new systems and information enabling a smooth transition.
• Web based reporting: tracking your figures allows you to analyse your practice objectively in order to obtain your goals and identify areas for improvement.

As the principal dentist, you will also be trained and coached to be a better leader and delegate responsibility to your team so that you can spend more time doing what you do best.

Our Practice Owner’s Workshop is the first in our Practice Management Programme and can also be done as a stand-alone workshop.
