ProductDelta RT80 Steriliser
Midmed - Features of Delta RT80 SteriliserThe autoclave has a fully automatic operation, simply select the desired cycle, then press the start button. A built in printer records the cycle number (numeric sequence) and each step through the process. FRACTIONATED VACUUM The RT80 utilise the fractionated vacuum system which ensures that prior to the sterilisation process beginning the unit eliminates the maximum amount of air from both the chamber and the contents. THE FRACTIONATED VACUUM At present, the fractionated vacuum is the most advanced and safe system for the elimination of air pockets. Thanks to the different phases of vacuum alternated to the compression phases. the air pockets both in the sterilization chamber and in the hollow and porous tools, are expelled and the validity of the sterilization cycle is so guaranteed. PRE-HEATING STANDBY Once the autoclave is in operation, the unique electronic system keeps the autoclave at 70o C, for an hour. If the unit is not used within this time it is automatically shut down however if it is used, as the water temperature is kept hot the cycle time is greatly reduced. INTERNAL WATER TANKS AND FILLING SYSTEM The clean water tank and used water tank are autonomous and their levels are displayed on the control panel. Filling is undertaken by a pump that automatically stops once full. DOOR SAFETY The door is equipped with an electronic, electromagnetic and dynamic locking system which once the unit is in operation can not be opened until the chamber is back to atmospheric pressure. STERILISATION CYCLES There is six (6) sterilisation cycles which can accommodate every type of sterilisation required. There is the normal 134o C - 121 o C cycles used for sterilising loose or bag packed instruments, a flash cycle and a specially developed cycle for the Creutzfieldt Jabiob Disease. AUTOMATIC OPERATION The autoclave has a fully automatic operation, simply select the desired cycle, then press the start button and the unit does the rest. The built in printer records the cycle number (in numeric sequence) and each step through the selected process. AUTOMATIC TEST CYCLES There are three (3) test cycles that can be selected to perform tests to verify the autoclaves, the control of the vacuum (Vacuum test), for the removal of air pockets (Bowie & Dick test), for hollow instruments (Helix test). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The RT80 autoclave can be supplied with either a manual fill system or a direct connection system to the local water supply. To utilise the local water supply, it must be connected through the Model 52 water deioniser. The Model 52 utilises special filters which eliminates all salts this making the water suitable for use in the autoclaves. This unit is easy to install, operate and reduces operating costs.
