It's easy! Here are the steps involved:
- Register your requirements online here (or download the pdf registration form and fax/mail it to us). To maximise exposure you can choose to make your ad a ‘Featured listing’, adding pictures and gaining a more prominent position on our site.
- DJS lists your requirements online.
- DJS examines the database for candidates and promotes your position to each candidate that matches your requirements. We have over 300 employee dentists in our database anxiously looking for work.
- Once we confirm a candidates interest in your position we promptly forward a current candidate profile for your perusal (including previous work history, special skills / interests in dentistry, telephone referees and a subjective assessment of communication skills).
- DJS arrange contacts with those dentists whom you wish to interview or speak with directly.
Promotion of your position continues for up to 6 months. During this time DJS will actively and continuously promote your employment requirement to all new employee dentist registrations.
Please rest assured that DJS retains your anonymity and confidentiality throughout the process. DJS will promote your employment option by only describing the area, position and your requirements from the information provided by you.
