Pelican Manufacturing - The Lumbar Roll should be positioned in the hollow of the back in the lumbar region.

Your Physiotherapist may give individual instructions.

An elastic strap is fitted to the Lumbar Roll to enable it to be secured to the back of a car seat or office chair, and is easily put into place or altered without removing the Roll.

Our Lumbar rolls are made from 100% virgin material and during the first few weeks of use, the foam will lose up to 15% resilience.

This has been allowed for during manufacture.

Lumbar Roll 'Round' & Strap Washing Instructions: remove cover to hand or machine wash only, up to 80°C. Do not tumble dry or wring - air dry only.
