Based upon the original Magstim design the new Magstim 2002 monophasic transcranial stimulator draws upon the years of knowledge and expertise gathered in both the clinical and research environments.

• Intuitive highly visible user interface display incorporating online temperature and system status as well as internal safety diagnostic software on power up.
• Total compatibility and flexibility through additional intelligent hardware the Magstim 2002 is fully compatible with all existing Magstim coils.
• New Microprocessor controlled system hardware enabling remote software upgrades and PC compatibility (via internal serial port).
• Improved recharge rates resulting in the Magstim 2002 being the first 'monophasic' stimulator to offer 1Hz stimulation (at reduced power).
