This experience with selling dental practices gives DJS a unique insight when it comes to providing an accurate valuation of dental practices around Australia.

What are the steps involved?

1. Register for your practice valuation.
2. You will receive a phone call from djs to confirm details request clarification where necessary and outline a timeline of when you can expect delivery of your practice valuation.

In order to complete the valuation process we will also require the following documentation:

1. Profit and Loss Statements for the last 2 years;
2. Depreciation Schedule for the last 2 financial years;
3. Any other purchases or refurbishments in the last 5 years not already listed in the questionnaire;
4. Some practice photos.
