Utilizing either winch driven by a 12volt DC electric motor or a manual safety load brake winch, the ELT Navigators provide effortless, safe, vertical transfer of loads up to 60kg. Lift table controls are provided for both platform and ground level operation (for electric unit only) Models are available with platform heights from a 4 step 1100mm to a 14 step 4015mm.
An ergonomically designed control handle raises the ladder to the mobile position and provides easy steering for repositioning. Weight shift as the operator moves about the ladder has no effect on stability. With the control handle actuated, the operator is set back from the ladder, allowing a normal walking gait. In this mode, the unit may be used to move a load horizontally without the need to transfer to a trolley. Navigators move easily to the pick position and the directional locking feature of the rear castors ensures straight line tracking under load. Navigators are also available without the lift tables.
A new option that should be seriously considered for this platform is the safety Auto Gate. It really ensures personnel are working safely at height. Have a look at the video.
