Its ambition from the outset was to create an international group in the healthcare sector with the objective of providing a service offer throughout the five continents based on recognised expertise.

In 2008, Air Liquide Healthcare is one of the world leaders in medical gases. The Group has also become the worldwide leader in respiratory healthcare and the leading European player in hygiene products and services.
