It never ceases to surprise us the many and varied organisations that actually rely on having good quality, clean laundry everyday.
The applications are many and varied, and can range from aged care facilities providing clean linen and personals to their residents and Hotels having a same-day turnaround on their laundry valet service for their guests right through to Veterinarian clinics requiring clean and sanitised animal bedding with infection control requirements.
Whilst most organisations instinctively don’t place a high importance on their day to day laundry activity they most certainly do place a high importance on ensuring that they provide the best service / solution for their clients. This is where we come in!
For a long time now we at IPSO have learnt to understand that our success is not measured by how well we install some laundry equipment but by the success of our clients with their clients.
We get involved in and try to understand the industries that our clients are in. We help design their laundries so they meet and suit their industry’s requirements. We train their staff; provide preventative maintenance programs so as to ensure maximum "up-time" and most importantly have a service team available 365 days a year.
We make the laundry part of our client’s business the part that they need to worry about least.
