AudioClinic clients were asked about their experiences with hearing devices.

Customers were asked to explain their choices in turning to AudioClinic for their hearing aids, discussing what prompted them to do something about their hearing problems, how their life had improved since being fitted with hearing aids, and an analysis of their overall experience with AudioClinic.

According to Victoria's Malcolm Thompson, "the hearing aids have improved so much. I got the digital hearing aids a month ago and I'm very, very pleased with them.

"I missed out on a lot in my life because of my bad hearing and the new digital hearing aids provide me with the quality of sound that is closest to natural.

"With my previous hearing aids, I had problems understanding people in a crowded room. Now I can pinpoint the noises to the source of sound and it is spot on. I'm delighted."

Brian Harris, from NSW, agreed. "Recently, as a last ditch effort to improve my hearing, I went to AudioClinic Newcastle, and it was suggested that I try digital hearing aids. I can tell you that getting these hearing aids is one of the best that has happened to me," he said. 

"I recommend hearing aids to anyone. It makes such a huge difference to your life and you can be active again.
"My hearing was damaged during childbirth with my first daughter. I was told that my hearing would get progressively worse. I had the option of an operation but was told that there were no guarantees that my hearing would get better – it could have even resulted in deafness.

"Having the hearing aids fitted has changed my life."

"Although I have had hearing aids for 8 years," said South Australia's Edna Waterson, "I still would have considered myself hearing impaired. They just increased the noises around me and sometimes they made everything rather overwhelming.

"Then one day, I spoke to my friend with hearing aids, who recommended AudioClinic. That was a lucky day.

"The people at AudioClinic are really helpful and nice. I really thought that there would be nothing that could assist me further. But there have been some really amazing breakthroughs with technology. They are all so much smaller and clearer these days."

Victoria's Stuart Riley confirmed, with his experience. "With my new digital hearing aids, I can keep up a conversation, which is so much more enjoyable. My colleagues have noticed the difference at work. I feel younger and more in touch than I have for years," he said.
