The main purpose for a dental recall system is to ensure the quality oral health of the dental patients.The increased production maximizes the efficiency and profitability of the practice.
In Praktika all new patients are prompted to set a recall date on the completion of the first appointment. The date can be set as a standard period or a custom one.
Once the set recall date is reached, the patient is automatically added to the recall list, where a particular action can be taken: a reminder sent by mail, by email or SMS, followed by a telephone call, etc.
The patient is then transferred into the recall in progress list and will be automatically removed from the list once a new appointment with the patient is completed.
