What is an Annual Maintenance Agreement (AMA)?

Whether it's to guide you through system implementation, operator use, MEX modules, or to find the best practices - with an AMA, you're covered. An AMA covers you for one year and will allow you to get the most out of your MEX/ FleetMEX System.
What does the Maintenance Agreement include?
- Unlimited phone and email support from our Technical Support Department during standard working hours (AEST)
- Access to the User Portal at www.mex.com.au
- Free updates and upgrades of all software
- Free reports made available on the user portal
- Monthly E-Newsletter
- Priority Bug Fixing
- Requests for system changes
What is not included in the AMA?
MEX shall not be obligated to provide services arising out of requests for training in any capacity, the need for customisations, any form of consultation, loss of files or deletion of records and causes external to the products.
What is included in the User Portal?
The User Portal provides access to upgrades for your software. It can be accessed via our website http://www.mex.com.au/UserPortal/Login
Can I join in at any time?
Yes, you can enter into an Annual Maintenance Agreement at any time. If your system requires upgrading to do so, this will incur an additional expense.
What does it cost per year?
- 1 User - $990
- 2-4 Users - $1,815
- 5-10 Users - $3,960
- Over 10 Users - P.O.A
