The AquaClave has been engineered to economically produce exceptionally high quality water even in the most challenging water quality environments. Once plumbed the AquaClave automatically takes tap water and passes it through the first stage of advanced pre-treatment steps to remove any suspended solids, organic components and chlorine.
Once complete the water is split through the Reverse Osmosis membrane. The remaining permeate continues on through a two stage polishing system to remove any remaining organic and non-organic residues thereby finishing the water to meet all steriliser operating standards.
Why choose an AquaClave?
No more storing $$$ bottled water
Consistent high quality water
Automatic system ensures 10L is ready on tap
Economical choice for challenging water conditions
Easy to maintain, filters changed in-house
Australian designed electronics
USA manufactured housings
Leak detector - Easy to use and effective
The availability of high quality water on demand avoids the need for purchasing bottled water, avoids storage challenges, minimises steriliser maintenance costs and reduces the damage to instruments from tap water rinsing which makes buying an AquaClave an intelligent decision.
Key Features & Benefits
High pressure RO pump - producing a higher osmotic pressure, thus increased permeate flux and quality output to the polishing filter. This high quality RO permeate means the final Ion-exchange filter only acts as a 'polisher' so filter sets will last 6 months (compared to monthly changes in adapted domestic systems)
Automatic Valve and pump controller - automates the RO reject bypass flush solenoid valve to purge concentrate from the RO membrane on start-up and shut down, therefore RO membrane life is typically 2-3 years. This feature also provides pump protection for low/no scheme pressure
Leak detector shut off valve - mounted to the base of the cabinet, if a swell-pad absorbs moisture reporting to the bottom of the cabinet, it triggers the shut-off valve to isolate the water supply. The RO will then not run ('source' light flashes due to no input pressure). Prevents leaks and water damage in the surgery, handy if a leak develops over a long weekend!
