Your mask is the most important part of your treatment. If it is uncomfortable, or is a poor fit, your treatment will be compromised and you will be less likely to continue your treatment (with dire consequences to your health)
In most cases, the sleep unit you attended for your sleep study will have assisted you in selecting the most suitable mask style and size, and will have instructed you in correct fitment and maintenance of the mask.
We advise you to stay with this mask in most cases. If you were not happy with that mask or don't know which mask was used during your sleep study, please contact us to discuss your situation so that we can make a recommendation.
If you find that the mask you selected is not suitable, don't despair. It is not always possible to get it right the first time. First of all, contact us to discuss you problems, we may be able to rectify the problem over the phone by getting you to adjust the mask, and check that it is correctly assembled.
If that fails, you can take up our MASK EXCHANGE offer. Once we have agreed on an alternative mask selection with you, you may return your mask for exchange, for a nominal fee of $35.00.
Unfortunately it is necessary for us to charge the mask exchange fee to cover the cost of additional freight, disinfection, and downgrading of the mask from "New" to "Demo". Once used, the mask can no longer be sold as new and must be relocated to our demo pool.
