The Artist facebow can be aligned on the patient's head quickly and firmly with the central support screw and without needing additional tools. The facebow and support can be tightened or parted with the sure-grip screw. As the ear knobs can be removed and sterilized, the facebow is hygienic and indicated for all applications.

This facebow can be transferred directly or indirectly to an Artist articulator. The indirect transfer method is carried out with a transfer slide and only the support is used for articulating.

To do so, the incisal guidance table is replaced with the transfer slide and the incisal guidance pin removed. It is advisable to support the bite fork with the settingup template.

The facebow remains in the dental practice and only the support is forwarded to the laboratory. If the direct transfer method is to be employed, the red ear knobs on the facebow are replaced with the brass adapters which are inserted into the condylar paths of the Artist articulator.

Here too, the bite fork is supported with the setting-up template.

The facebow is supplied complete and can be used immediately.

  • Easily and quickly handled as the facebow arms can be adjusted progressively
  • Support includes a central screw
  • Two methods for transferring to an Artist articulator
