Equipment breakdowns are not ideal, but are almost inevitable, we say almost, because our goal is zero!

With our warehouse being sufficiently stocked with spare parts and boots on the ground, our team can be ready at the drop of a hat to assist and resolve any unforeseen circumstances that may occur.

Our range of products must be able to withstand some of the harshest treatment of any equipment by nurses, but that is to be expected, as they have a critical role to play when delivering quality patient care. So, that is why it all must start with the longest warranty guaranteed and I know we hear this line every now and again but what does it really mean? Well, we are proud to say that we fully design, hand-build and maintain all our own products and we have the confidence to back that up 100%. History has shown us many times, that we create sustainable equipment and have been doing so for over 20 years, whilst we do not recommend utilizing vital equipment to the point where it is no longer performing its best, at least you know you are supported. A good warranty then must be determined by the number of spare parts available, and that is a no brainer when we have our own factory fully stocked with individual parts for all our products, totally in our control and available when you need it. Our large range of stretcher parts on offer allow for little to no downtime of the product so you can be assured that the quality of patient care will not be affected. Here are some of the parts we stock to make sure you can continue to do just that.

  • Mattresses
  • Batteries & chargers
  • Cables & electric columns
  • Control boxes & handset pieces
  • Castors, struts & rams

So, then the question still stands… what about this ‘goal of zero’? Well, like a motor vehicle if something is never serviced, it will ultimately breakdown. Our vision of tough, robust products with reliable preventative maintenance provided accordingly and spare parts being monitored and replaced ahead of crises. It can be said then that support will always be available and having the longest warranty just becomes a state of assurance, in which you know that nursing has invested in something that will continue to work through harsh conditions, until it can be granted the chance to retire.
