A Professional Search recruiter works differently from a normal recruitment consultant. A search recruiter is not limited to just advertisement response and a database of candidates.
Using tried and true Search techniques as well as the latest advancements in networking tools a Search Recruiter will scope the marketplace, map the possible candidates (which could number 20 - 30 people), developing the 'baby biographies' and collect resumes.
High quality screening and evaluation processes, combined with the experience and judgment of our consultants, are the essential safeguards that protect confidentiality and yield the most successful candidates.
Within 5 - 10 working days they will be speaking to your future appointee and within 4 weeks you and the candidate will have agreed on the start date, remuneration and all aspects around the position description.
We work on the principle - "If the ideal candidate exists we WILL find them".
For this service our fee is 21% of the anticipated salary with a 30% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.
