B cell specifi c octamer binding protein-1 (BOB-1) is a lymphocyte specifi c transcriptional coactivator protein.
It interacts with OCT1 and OCT2 transcription factors and is also reported to co-express with high levels of Bcl-6.
Studies have shown over expression of the BOB-1 antigen may play a role in the pathogenesis of germinal center derived B cell lymphoma*.
