JJ Richards & Sons Pty Ltd was established in 1932 and is the largest privately owned waste and environmental management company in Australia, with revenues in excess of $300 million and employing over 1,200 employees throughout Australia and New Zealand.
In Vitro Technologies has quickly developed a reputation for being one of the most dynamic and successful companies in the Australian scientific, diagnostic, medical and laboratory consumable supplies and equipment. The company's first acquisition was that of Biotek Ltd in early 2003. The combined entity has managed to bring together several key international companies.
Today In Vitro consists of three major Business Units focused on providing our customers with the highest quality products and services in the areas of Scientific, Medical & Diagnostics.
In the future, as in the past In Vitro will be working towards developing strategic alliances with researchers who may require assistance with funding, licensing, product commercialisation and distribution. We are committed to the fact that Australia needs to continue to undertake research, provide world-class healthcare, and ultimately improve health standards in all areas where In Vitro makes a valuable contribution.
