A fit-out for dermatology practice environments conducted in 2010.
To whom it may concern,
I am extremely happy to provide a reference for Working Environments. In 2008 I established a new specialist Dermatology practice in Woden, ACT and in 2010 further extensions to the practice were created. In both projects Louis de Silva and his team from Working Environments were contacted to administer these projects.
Working Environments was responsible for interior architecture and full fit out services including office furniture and some medical and surgical equipment. I was also able to tap into Louis’ extensive experience in setting up medical practices, including practical advice about contractual obligations, dealings with the building owner, strata management and pathological laboratories.
I found that the initial planning stages were simpler than I had been anticipating, largely due to the high level of detail and tailoring to our individual requirements that were evident in the plan documents. Working Environments were able to supply a detailed pricing schedule and the actual costings on both projects did not vary significantly from the proposed budget.
The thing that impressed me most about working with WE and Louis was their unfailing commitment to seeing the project done well and on time. I felt that their dealings with the various tradespeople and suppliers were an extension of myself and that their objectives were the same as mine: To have a fitot project run to budget and to the allocated time frame and to be left with a high quality and well functioning office space.
