A renovation and expansion of practice environments conducted in 2010.

Last year we engaged Working Environments to renovate our small practice rooms and at the same time triple the size of the practice. From the start, Louis De Silva listened carefully to our needs, wants and budget and in particular was efficient at managing and implementing the ideas of several directors. He complemented our ideas with those of his own, explaining various aspects of design and implementation where our knowledge was limited. He was patient with our changes in design and budget, and as we crystallised the final product in the planning stages. We were impressed with the level of detail in the documentation and the pricing schedule/tender process. We were able to trade throughout the renovation process, requiring a shut down period of only one weekend.
Once work began Working Environments had a very hands-on approach to seeing the project through, with regular inspections, consultation and supervision of the variety of contractors involved in the project. We appreciated the fact that Louis himself was on site and available to us to 'answer any questions or concerns and oversaw the entire project personally. We were able to trade throughout the renovation process, requiring a shut down period of only one weekend. Towards the end of the project we had no difficulty in having minor changes and finishing touches put to the new treatment rooms.
Working Environments finished the project in a timely fashion and succeeded in meeting budgetary constraints. Our staff and clients have complemented the appearance and design of our rooms. This is evidenced by a recent client survey which rated 9.4/10 satisfaction with our work environment.
We recommend Working Environments without hesitation. We are so satisfied with their work they will be doing another project for us in the near future.
