PC offers accuracy, durability and stability, creating strong parts that withstand functional testing. It also has superior mechanical properties to ABS and a number of other thermoplastics. When combined with FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) systems, PC gives you Real Parts™ for producing design verification prototypes and manufacturing end-use parts.
PC has a higher impact strength and can handle higher temperatures than ABS. Common applications include: form, fit, and function, concept modeling, snap-fits, vacuum metallization, electroplating, and as a master for RTV molding and vacuum forming.

Titan and 400mc systems: Parts are produced within an accuracy of +/- .005 inch or +/- .0015 inch per inch whichever is greater (+/- .127 mm or +/- .0015 mm per mm whichever is greater).*
900mc systems: Parts are produced within an accuracy of +/- .0035 inch or +/- .0015 inch per inch whichever is greater (+/- .089 mm or +/- .0015 mm per mm whichever is greater).*
