Healthscope chose micallsystems ‘Merlon IP7000’ patient communications system as an integral part of their facilities operation, Ms Stacey Pritchett Maintenance Dept Admin says “ it improves workflow, it’s fast, efficient and incredibly reliable, without doubt the best system available’ and micall’s on and off-site service is second to none.
Since the initial system was installed it has been expanded to include the equally Hi-Tech Norwest Radiology, Norwest Chemotherapy and extensions to the Birthing suites.
The micallsystems ‘Merlon IP7000’ is no stranger to Healthscope, having been previously installed at another state of-the-art facility at Newcastle Private, which now boasts four Merlon systems all totally integrated throughout it’s campus.
