How to correctly thread a buckle onto a webbing strap

In this example the buckle can have the webbing adjustable on both the male and female buckle sides. The same threading method is used for flat buckles, or buckles which are only adjustable on one side.

A buckle may be accidentally or deliberately broken and a replacement will be needed.

Spare buckles can be purchased from Pelican. There are many types of buckles available, but only the correct buckle will be compatible with the particular Fastex buckles we use.
