Dr Terhaar has tutored multiple Repro-Scan bovine ultrasound courses throughout North America. Dr Terhaar is a very experienced Dairy and Beef veterinarian practicing in the cow calf and feedlot sector. He is currently employed as a Technical Consultant, Beef Business Unit with Elanco Animal Health.
These training courses provide the opportunity to upskill your ultrasound skills including fetal ageing, fetal gender, and ovarian examinations.

(2nd day)
8am-noon:
Hands on, crush-side bovine ultrasound wet-lab. Participants will get lots of cows to practice determining pregnancy, fetal aging, ovarian exams, fetal sexing, and overall evaluation of the reproductive status of the cows. Participants will have the opportunity to practice with a couple of different types of ultrasounds.

Registrations will be on a first in first served basis. Select course date preference and the payment is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policies:
Courses must have a minimum of 8 paid participants in order to proceed. Repro-Scan reserves the right to cancel the course if the minimum number of participants is not met. In that event, anyone registered for the cancelled course will be given the option of either moving to another open course or getting a refund of their course fee.
If a registered participant decides to withdraw from the course within 60 days of the event (for any reason), no refund will be given unless the registered participant can find another attendee to fill the vacated slot. In rare cases, your deposit may be eligible to be transferred to a different course within the same calendar year. Please contact the Repro-Scan office to discuss your situation.
If a registered participant does not show up to the scheduled course and did not call the Repro-Scan office in time for a replacement to be found, no refund will be issued.
