Scintera is headed by Phil Elmes, who has a lifetime of experience at senior level in the advanced wound management and skin health business, resulting from a long association with Johnson & Johnson and running a successful medical industry consulting business.
The Sales and Marketing is headed by Sam Habib a scientist with 10 years experience in sales and marketing across 3 major industries and 5 years of which are in the medical device market.

In IT and Operations Michael Ward a computer science major, with 8 years web design experience and 4 years.
