This project was a staged new-build and fitout, transforming a character home into a compliant, contemporary dental practice. The goal was to harmonise the building’s architectural heritage with a calm, welcoming patient environment and an efficient clinical layout.

Scope of Works

Stage One – Clinical Expansion:
- Construction and fitout of three dental surgery rooms
- Sterilisation room meeting current dental standards
- Dental laboratory
- Ambulant toilet
- Coordination of all services and dental equipment allowances
Stage Two – Front-of-House & Practice Completion:
- Renovated reception and waiting areas
- Additional dental surgery room
- Staff room and amenities
- Disabled access toilet
- Upgraded finishes, lighting, and joinery throughout

?Design Approach & Interior Concept?

Inspired by Bendigo’s classic aesthetic, the fitout celebrates the original house’s character, with new elements for a refined, timeless healthcare environment. Arched forms enhance spatial flow, while brass detailing references local heritage. The solution balances historic character with the functional needs of a modern dental clinic.
