Hot/Cold Gel Pack Medium

The Medium Metflex pack can be used either hot or cold and is a great general purpose size to have on standby. They can be stored in the freezer for cold and placed in hot water or microwave to create a hot pack. The gel holds either the hot or the cold temperature well. Just wrap in a light towel and apply to the affected area.

For cold treatment store in a freezer for a minimum of 2 hours for best effect.

For hot treatment the pack should be placed in hot water for 8-10 minutes - and tested for temperature or it may be placed in a microwave - see instructions for use on the pack
