Maintenance Auditing Services
Our Approach
Alert systems are the lifeline between residents and carers and, as such, must work when required. By having the system regularly audited, not only can faults be rectified but changes to the system to meet new requirements can be discussed and implemented.
It is best practice to periodically check the operation of the nurse call system and have an independent, qualified and knowledgeable organisation audit the system on a regular basis.
Our Commitment
A site audit must include not only the checking of the system and its components but also discuss the use of the system with management, train staff in its use, and identify any recommendations that would assist the site in providing the care required to the residents in a more efficient and effective way. Attending site is a crucial step in this, as the condition of the equipment can be seen, staff have the opportunity to talk to a system expert, as well as ensuring the system is working as intended outside of what can be seen on a computer screen.
