As a leading provider of home, community, residential aged care services, and retirement living across the South West, Capecare required a specialised upgrade to its Rosa Brook Wing to create a supportive environment for residents living with dementia and cognitive changes.

Project Overview

The project, delivered by Interite with ACCAP funding, addressed the challenge of disorienting wayfinding, non-compliant materials, and poor acoustics in the existing wing. The comprehensive scope included twenty resident rooms and ensuites, communal living spaces, and a modern dining & kitchen facility.

The renovated wing delivers homely comfort and clarity for residents, enhancing their quality of life by supporting independence and enriched care experiences.
