Avanti Health Centres launched three new gym facilities in Queensland with a focus on helping people over 50 maintain and improve their health and wellbeing. The facilities were created with a “Hamptons-meets-seaside” aesthetic specifically tailored for their older clientele.

Design and construction managed entirely by Interite, ensuring seamless delivery across all sites.
Weekly updates and on-site meetings for quality assurance and transparent communication with stakeholders.
Use of sustainable materials: For instance, carpeting made from 100% regenerated nylon replaced unavailable eco-options, maintaining environmental responsibility.
Spaces are professionally laid out for optimal flow, comfort, and accessibility, minimising inconvenience for patients.
Successfully completed on time and within budget, despite COVID-19-related supply and scheduling challenges.
