Nexus Primary Health partnered with Interite to create a modern, multi-functional space set up for company expansion and to enhance workflow within the clinic. The focus was on human-centred design to elevate client experience, foster staff collaboration, and ensure adaptability for future service demands.

Key Features:

‘One-stop shop’ design and construction process for seamless delivery and transition from design to build.
1200 m² facility with a 260 m² extension to accommodate growth.
Central reception and waiting area with amenity facilities.
Divided into two primary zones:
- Collaborative Staff Zone: Open-plan workstations, team-based divisions, conference room, staff breakout space, printing utilities, and locker storage.
- Client Services Zone: Pathology, podiatry, counselling rooms, consult rooms, physio treatment room, community room, children's health rooms, and a multipurpose room.
Flexible layout supports multiple health service offerings.
Designed to simplify delivery and coordination by reducing the need for multiple contractors and touchpoints.
