The BYKG-VII is a hood designed for the preparation of samples under negative pressure conditions in the working area to protect the operator and the samples from contamination. It is constructed from cold-rolled steel with an anti-bacteria powder coating and an LED display to control the airflow velocity up to 0.5 m/s. It has a 60L internal capacity.
Excellent visualisation of the working area of the BYKG-VII is through a manually operated glass front window made of toughened glass that is UV-resistant to protect the operator. Air filtration is achieved by an active carbon pre-filter and a HEPA main filter.
