This SPU version of the HoverTech HoverMatt^® eliminates costs and logistics associated with reprocessing and greatly reduces risk of cross-contamination. By eliminating injuries related to lateral transfers and repositioning, the Single-Patient Use HoverMatt can help improve staff retention while meeting legislative guidelines for safe patient handling. Although a single use device, this HoverMatt SPU is capable of being used multiple times with the one patient during their stay in hospital.
