Getz Healthcare (Australia), also known as Getz Healthcare Pty Ltd, has been supplying high-end products and services across Australia since 1965. Formerly named Medtel, it currently represents over 50 brands with over 220 product ranges, with extensive and modern warehouse facilities at Lane Cove in Sydney.

Getz Healthcare Pty Ltd has been providing technical services across Australia for over 50 years. With our mobile technical service engineers based locally in 5 states, we are able to rapidly respond to service requests from our customers across the country.

Through our onsite biomedical engineers, we provide asset support services for private hospitals, specialist clinics, day surgeries, GP practices & overflow assistance for public hospitals. Our team utilises an asset management system to record and track equipment service history & provide timely comprehensive reports. The live online system enables our field engineers to access equipment records and upload service reports in real time.

Our qualified & certified engineers have over 300 years of experience and adhere strictly to the relevant standards AS/NZ 3551 – 2012; AS/NZ 3003 – 2011 and AS/NZ 3760 – 2010. The requirements of the standards are embedded in the maintenance tasking procedures within our asset management program.
