Instructions
Sit down comfortably with your feet on the ground and back up straight. Simply wrap around the wrist, place it in the appropriate position infront of your heart and push the start stop button. When your wrist is in the right position, the positioning indicator will turn blue. Your blood pressure reading will appear on the LCD screen within seconds.
